Tucho: "Dishonest to Claim that Leo XIV Erases Francis"

Leo XIV has repeatedly stressed continuing Francis’s teaching, Cardinal Tucho Fernández told IlGiornale.it on 13 April.
He gives examples: At the January consistory, Leo XIV asked the cardinals to reread Evangelii Gaudium, and to reflect on its application again. Furthermore, Leo XIV has convened the presidents of the episcopal conferences to resume the reception of Amoris Laetitia.
"These are signs that help us understand that Francis is not gone."
Tucho’s view is that “it is dishonest to claim that Pope Leo intends to undo the work of Francis’s pontificate.”
"There are many points of common ground between Leo XIV and Francis; more than opposition, one should see complementarity."
Additionally, Tucho recalled that when Francis first called him as Pope, he said, “I am Bergoglio.”

Tucho feely does speak the truth. Leo embraces and magnifies all that Francis did.

Bishop Barron Caught by His Digital Past?

Pro-homosexual author ChrisDamian.Substack.com (April 14) accuses the “conservative” Bishop Robert Barron of having followed provocative male accounts on his private Facebook account.
In December 2025, Chris Damian published that Bishop Barron’s personal account was following several such pages, including one for 'Brazilian male feet'.
This prompted a response from Bishop Barron's organisation, Word on Fire. They claimed that the account had recently been hacked and was being used for 'digital fraud'. However, despite Facebook providing a history of account logins, including suspicious access, Word on Fire did not provide any evidence to support this claim.
Yesterday, shortly after Bishop Barron demanded an apology from Donald Trump for attacking Pope Leo XIV, Damian published more information.
He posted screenshots showing that Bishop Barron had followed similar provocative accounts as far back as January 2024, casting doubt on the claims of Word on Fire.
These accounts included '…Yana

As war rages, Israel and Lebanon hold first direct talks since 1993

Israel and Lebanon hold first direct talks since 1993
Lebanon and Israel have held their first diplomatic talks in over three decades, a rare encounter aimed at ending fighting between Israel and the Iran-backed Hezbollah group.
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who mediated, said it was a "historic opportunity" to end Hezbollah's influence.
A US statement said the two sides had agreed to launch direct negotiations, at a time and place to be determined. Israel said it wanted to disarm all non-state terror groups - a reference to Hezbollah.
Lebanon called for a ceasefire and measures to address its humanitarian crisis. The two countries do not have diplomatic relations, and the last direct, high-level talks between them took place in 1993.
Over 2,000 people have been killed since Israeli military operations in Lebanon began on 2 March, just days after US and Israeli strikes began in Iran.
While the two sides were meeting in Washington on Tuesday, Hezbollah claimed at least 24 attacks on …

WE CAN INTERPRET VATICAN COUNCIL II RATIONALLY OR IRRATIONALLY, WITH THE HERMENEUTIC OF CONTINUITY OR RUPTURE, WE CAN CHOOSE : IT IS NO MORE EITHER-OR

15.04.2026
WE CAN INTERPRET VATICAN COUNCIL II RATIONALLY OR IRRATIONALLY, WITH THE HERMENEUTIC OF CONTINUITY OR RUPTURE, WE CAN CHOOSE : IT IS NO MORE EITHER-OR
So the Society of St. Pius X can accept Vatican Council II interpreted rationally and also Tradition. They are not opposed to each other.
The Ecclesia Dei communities and the sedevacantists are not obliged to interpret Vatican Council II irrationally like Pope Leo, the cardinals and the bishops. They now have a rational and traditional choice. The irraional version produces the common schism.

We can interpret Vatican Council II rationally or irrationally, with the hermeneutic of continuity or rupture with Tradition. It is as simple as turning on a light switch. We can choose Tradition or schism.
When LG 8, 14, 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II refer to invisible and hypothetical cases only in 2026, this is the rational interpretation.
When LG 8 etc refer to visible and personally known people in 2026 this is the …Yana

Cardinal Müller: “Israel’s Right to Exist Must Never Be Called into Question”

As a political, economic, technological, and military superpower, the United States bears a distinctive responsibility to contain dangerous regimes and dictatorships that pose a grave threat to the world. This position was articulated by Cardinal Gerhard Müller on Kath.net on 14 April.
He continues: “In light of present circumstances, the brutal crimes committed against one’s own people and against other nations must be confronted - not only through economic sanctions, but, where necessary, by military means.”
Cardinal Müller even draws a parallel with the Nazis: “The policy of appeasement toward Adolf Hitler proved catastrophic and exacted a devastating toll in World War II.”
Turning to Iran, Müller states: “The Iranian regime must be unequivocally denounced worldwide as a perversion of religion - religion which is ordered toward the worship of God and must never, in any form, be exploited to justify killing of innocent people.”
He envisions a just peace as one in which “the …Yana

Critics of Iran are now describing them as what the west has become. I suppose this has a lot to do with the fear of loosing the entitlements of the dollar hegemony. A poor Church will be better Church.

As President I am proudly advancing the Rebbe's vision

"For 250 years, American education has stood as a pillar of liberty, opportunity, and civic virtue. This Education and Sharing Day, we reaffirm the profound importance of a rigorous education—one that equips the next generation of Americans to lead with character, patriotism, and integrity.
Today, we honor the life, legacy, and vision of Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, of blessed memory—one of the most influential Jewish leaders in modern American history. In 1941, Schneerson escaped Nazi persecution and fled to the United States, where he assumed leadership of the Chabad-Lubavitch movement and became known by his followers as the Lubavitcher Rebbe. Under his stewardship, this small Hasidic community grew into a global force for faith and service that, after the Holocaust, reinvigorated Judaism worldwide and continues to touch millions of hearts across the globe.
As President, I am proudly advancing the Rebbe’s vision of intellectual achievement, righteousness, and faith. My …Yana

Prevost's pachamama ritual accomplice dares to speak about his morality on CNN!

Father John Lydon on Pope Leo: in Peru, we lived together during a time of terrorism and an authoritarian government, and violations of human rights. And he was in the main plaza of our city gathering signatures in defense of human rights, in the plaza surrounded by government buildings. So this is not somebody who just woke up and decided, well, now is the time to speak about human rights. This is part of his identity… He's going to continue to speak up based on the moral principles of the church, because that's what he was elected to do. That's what all the popes are supposed to do

Alexander Litvinenko accused Vladimir Putin of being a paedophile four months before he was poisoned | The Independent

Alexander Litvinenko’s accusation that Vladimir Putin was a paedophile may have been one of the motives for the Russian government to order his assassination, a report into the former Russian spy's death has found.
Sir Robert Owen’s inquiry looked at the former FSB agent’s “highly personal attacks” on the Russian President, which culminated with an article on the Chechenpress website in July 2006, four months before he was poisoned.
Mr Litvinenko’s article, which was published as evidence in the report, started by recounting a meeting between Mr Putin and a boy “aged four or five” in a square near the Kremlin.

“Putin kneeled, lifted the boy’s T-shirt and kissed his stomach,” Mr Litvinenko wrote.
“Nobody can understand why the Russian president did such a strange thing as kissing the stomach of an unfamiliar small boy.”
The former FSB agent claimed there were “blank spots” in Mr Putin’s career that could be explained by his superiors …

Calling Sin a Sin is a Kindness - Catholic Exchange

During my years of living as a pothead and porn addict, I was also a gamer. One of my favorite game series allowed players to create their own characters. When character creation in gaming first began, it was quite simple. We picked a few key features and the player’s sex, and that was it. However, by the time I retired from gaming, I would sometimes sit for hours trying to decide which traits and characteristics I wanted for my avatar. Too many choices paralyzed me.
Similarly, while living as a gay man, my best friend and I often discussed whether same-sex couples should be allowed to marry. Despite leaving our religion, we both felt deeply that marriage was not meant for same-sex couples. The Church’s clear stance defined our choices, which, though painful, were straightforward—a contrast to the endless options that caused me hesitation elsewhere.
A few years ago, while visiting my parents, my mom and I watched a documentary about Costco. In it, the business model was explained: …
